Innopath Learning is operated by Unconfound Labs LLC (Baltimore, Maryland), operating as Innopath Learning ("we," "us"). This page explains what we collect on innopathlearning.com, why, and what your choices are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to send you what you asked for, we don't run ads or analytics trackers, and we don't sell anything about you to anyone.
If you request a free mystery or join a waitlist: your email address, plus a tag telling us which form you used (so we know what you asked for).
If you apply for a pilot or program: your first name, your email address, your learner's age group (just the band — "11–13" or "14–16" — never your child's name, birthdate, or anything else about them), and anything you choose to write in the optional message field.
Automatically, when you submit a form: your IP address, browser type (user-agent), and the referring page. We store these solely to filter spam and abuse — our forms are a magnet for bots, and this is how we tell bots from families.
What we deliberately do not collect: we don't use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or social media trackers. We don't set marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary technical cookies to serve the site securely.
Our programs are designed for young learners, but our website is built for parents and educators. All forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our program design keeps it that way on purpose: no student accounts, no recordings of children, no behavioral tracking. Student work happens on paper. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, email us at hello@innopathlearning.com and we'll delete it.
To send you what you requested (mysteries, pilot updates, waitlist news); to respond when you write to us; and to keep the site secure. That's the list. We will only email you about the things you signed up for, occasionally and never spammy. Every email includes a way to opt out, and "unsubscribe" requests are honored, period.
We never sell your information. We never share it with advertisers. We never use it to build profiles of you or your child.
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (United States). Access is limited to the people who run Innopath Learning.
Email signups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Pilot/program applications: for the duration of the program cycle plus a reasonable period for follow-up, after which we prune. Spam-filtering data (IP, user-agent): only as long as needed for abuse prevention.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@innopathlearning.com — a human reads it, and we'll respond within a few days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (such as the GDPR or state privacy laws); we honor access-and-deletion requests from everyone regardless.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle program-related data will be emailed to affected signups.
